“Business Model Canvas” was the following training organized by Triple City regarding the 9-week incubation program.
The participating startups were introduced to the process of customer segmentation, distribution channels, costs and revenue sources, to create a clearer idea of how a business operates and the most important processes for its well-being. Triple City will continue the process of trainings for the startups of the incubation program aiming their improvement and capacity building.
