On March 17, 2021, in the premises of the National Agency of Civil Protection, Mr. Haki Çako, Director of the Agency, and Dr. Esmeralda Hasani, representative of Barleti University, signed a cooperation agreement in the field of projects, capacity building and Institutional cooperation.
